Living Your Oath:

Restoring Fulfillment, Purpose and Joy In Medicine

Join me for a dynamic 4-week training that will help you feel empowered and reconnected with self and others!

Learn practical skills and strategies to reclaim a sense of purpose and regain control in your life (both professional and personal).

Let’s face it, being a healthcare provider right now is incredibly stressful and challenging. Based in neuroscience, this evidence-based series can really help you!

What You’ll Discover

Session 1: Harnessing the Power and Purpose of Your Brain

This session will teach basic evolution of the nervous system showing you how to use your whole brain to sustainably practice medicine, help you avoid burnout and fatigue, and increase your capacity so you feel focused at work.

Session 2: Tapping into the Strength and Wisdom of Emotions

We like to think we are in control most of the time (HINT: we’re not). Understand the triggers in yourself and others and learn how to down-regulate emotional reactivity so that you can handle pressure at work in healthy and effective ways and find harmony on your team.

Session 3: Learning to Be a Human Being (rather than just a Human Doing)

In an environment driven by productivity, we are not machines, but are animals who require down time, self-care, and positive social interactions so we can optimize our health, relationships and caregiving effectiveness. In this session, I’ll show you how.

Session 4: Creating Compassionate Connection

Learn how to overcome the fatigue and depersonalization of burnout and reconnect with a feeling of purpose that once inspired you.

There is no charge for this training!
